Peyton Easley, SIOR, CCIM

Peyton is the CEO + Founder of Titan Commercial. Over the past decade, he has built a reputation for executing complex industrial, land, and development transactions throughout Texas and his loyal client base.

Since founding Titan, Peyton has continued to deliver results across diverse transactions while mentoring and investing in new talent. Peyton holds two of the industry’s most recognized designations: the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), earned in 2023, and the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), earned in 2021. He is regularly invited to speak about Houston’s industrial market, providing analysis and commentary on market trends and opportunities.

A graduate of Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration emphasis in Entrepreneurship, Peyton remains active in the real estate community. His approach centers on understanding each client’s goals, structuring transactions that deliver measurable value, and creatively approaching each deal.

Peyton and his wife, Grace, live in Houston with their son and daughter, Tiger and Teddy. When he’s not working, Peyton enjoys playing basketball and golf, and remains a dedicated supporter of Baylor University and Houston sports teams.
