Titan Commercial Welcomes a New Vice President | Harris Brooks

Titan welcomes our newest Vice President, Harris Brooks.

Harris is a commercial real estate investment sales broker specializing in retail and mixed-use assets across Texas. He advises private owners, high net worth individuals, and investor groups on the sale of neighborhood shopping centers, multi-tenant medical properties, land, and industrial assets, with a focus on pricing, positioning, and execution.

Known for driving transactions to closing, Harris brings a disciplined, numbers first approach and works hands-on from valuation through closing. He leverages deep market knowledge and direct buyer relationships to deliver certainty of execution.

Born and raised in Houston Texas, Brooks graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Regional and Urban Planning with a Minor in Business. Harris is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. When not working he is either hunting, watching the Texans or Astros, or hanging out with friends.
