Titan Commercial Welcomes New Director | Matt Sanderson

We're thrilled to welcome Matt Sanderson as our new Director at Titan Commercial.

With 11+ years in commercial real estate and an impressive track record of 500+ transactions valued at over $850M during his tenure at JLL, Matt brings expertise in investment acquisitions, industrial/office leasing, and data-driven CRE solutions.

Matt and his wife, Amanda, live in Houston with their two children, and their golden retriever, Sandy. A proud supporter of Texas A&M and Abilene Christian University, Matt is passionate about educating others on the benefits of real estate investing. When he's not working, you'll find him playing music (piano, guitar, harmonica) with family and friends or helping others on their real estate investing journeys.
