A Third Party Logistics (3PL) Company was experiencing rapid growth and sought a cost-effective option without committing to a long-term lease due to their dynamic growth trajectory. In early 2019, we were able to secure a short-term sublease at a rate of less than half the market rate, expanding their footprint from 9,600 SF to 86,628 SF.

As the logistics company continued to experience exponential growth, they required more space in 2021. We worked closely with the Sublandlord to terminate the existing sublease and secure another facility of 175,695 SF, while shortening the sublease term. This strategic approach allowed the company to scale their business without being tied to a long-term agreement, all while paying significantly below market rates.
